We spent the last couple of days on the Monterey Peninsula, including Moss Landing, Carmel, Monterey Bay and all points in between. One of the best things about this area is the cool weather!!! It made visiting all the sights very enjoyable, I think we were all happy to be out of the heat, even with a little fog. Today we took the "17 mile drive" which gave us a chance to see Pebble Beach, Spyglass Hill, golf courses as well as some of the most scenic coast in America. We also visited Carmel, and the wharf at Monterey to end a great visit. Tomorrow we head north and hope to spend the night in the giant red woods!
