The second part of our day was a visit and a tour of the Faraway Ranch.

The Faraway Ranch was the home of Swedish immigrants, Neil and Emma Erickson, who settled in Bonita Canyon in the late 1880s. Their home evolved from a simple homestead to a thriving guest ranch (sort of like a bed and breakfast) that was in operation from 1917 to 1972.

Then we ended our day by having dinner at "Rodneys". Rodneys is quite unique. When you arrive a sign says know what you want before entering. Then you enter his place and he soon arrives. He takes your order and you go over into his house where you eat. That is a really interesting experience. So if you ever get to Willcox, AZ look up Rodney's.
