Our home for the night

Nice separation between rigs

Office and laundry

Great looking tomato plant

These hanging baskets were everywhere

A few milestones today. We have driven our first 1,000 miles in Canada. Saw our first moose! She was a very frightened cow along the side of the highway. She literally dove into the bushes and trees when she spotted us barreling down the highway towards her. She was never in the road, but close.

Another drizzly, chilly day. But the scenery was beautiful. The landscape becoming hilly and chock full of trees! Feels more like the Canada I envisioned.

Valleyveiw is an over nighter at Sherk's RV Park. This very nice park is located about a mile off the Yellow Hwy 43 on a muddy gravel road. We give this park 4.5 stars out of 5 because of the muddy gravel road to get into the park. The laundry room is excellent. But be sure to wipe out the washers first. The oil rig workers use these washing machines too.

The sites are nicely spaced with hanging baskets of flowers everywhere.

Tomorrow we enter British Columbia, Dawson Creek and Mile 0 of the Alaska Highway.
