Yep, Bruce Cain (B.C.) was here in B.C. (British Columbia) with lots of B.C.'s (beautiful Canadians) to admire. We agree that Canadians really are some of the friendliest folks but the women are also some of the most beautiful. Don't know if it is their infectious smiles, their beautiful skin (lack of sun) or their happy lives but it seems to be working for them. Our buddy Bruce's idea about the Pacific Northwest was turned upside down. We had moderate weather, friendly people, great food and company in Washington and Canada with very little rain to boot. How lucky can a guy get?

So here are the promised pics. I have finally obtained internet here for $40 USD per week. Don't know how we ever lived without it! These pics are the completion of Bruce's time with us in Port Townsend, a trip south to Bainbridge Island, WA and entry into Canada and a road trip Mike and I took yesterday to Sooke, B.C. just north of Victoria. Sooke was pretty and had lots of hiking trails which we did not enjoy but will if we make it there again sometime.

We are going out tonight with Stephanie and David of s/v Cambria before they depart Monday morning for Poulsbo, WA. They will be leaving their boat there until March while headed home for Christmas and we hope our paths will cross again down the road. Meantime we will enjoy all the Christmas festivities in downtown Victoria tonight together and will take some more pics to share. Tis' the season to be jolly.....so have fun and go help the American economy!
