We left Gold Canyon around 9:30am this morning and stopped by to pick up our good friends Jerry and Patsy before heading down the road toward Sedona, Arizona for a short outing. It's about a 160 mile trip which took us less than three hours. We're staying at Rancho Sedona campground which is located very near to downtown Sedona and it's a very nice campground indeed. We're in a site located right on Oak Creek and there are huge old trees throughout the campground. Very pleasant environment. The weather is very pleasant and cool, and it was great putting our feet in the cool water of Oak Creek.

We didn't pull the Ranger because a free shuttle bus comes by near the entrance to the campground which will take us to numerous locations in downtown Sedona. It comes by every 15 to 20 minutes.

Tomorrow morning we're taking a 2 hour Pink Jeep Tour back into the mountains around Sedona and hopefully we'll get a bunch of good pictures to post. After that we'll likely spend some time hanging out in downtown Sedona.

Check out time is 11:00am and we'll be checking out Saturday morning and heading home.

It's been great traveling and spending time with our good friends Jerry and Patsy and we look forward to spending more time with them tomorrow and Saturday.
