Really good time

We stayed at the Silver Star RV Golf Resort in Thayer, Wy. This is a membership park that is open to the public. We used our RPI membership to stay here. We used Thayer as a jumping off point to visit the Jackson Hole area.

A little tidbit we learned was that there is the city of Jackson and there is the area of Jackson Hole which includes the town of Jackson.

Our week was filled with a couple of rounds of golf. A tourist day in the town of Jackson which is a mecca for a shopaholic. We visited the fabulous Wildlife Museum which is just north of town. This a must see! Just across the street is a preserve for the elk that come in the early spring and drop their horns.

A visit to the Jackson Hole area is not complete until you attend the Bar J Wrangler Dinner Show. Great food and a really good time with lots of music and comedy. This family really knows how to do it. Worth every penny.
