Easter feast at Rio Seco Winery

Taking up a prominent spot in the parking lot

We have found that using our membership in "Harvest Hosts" is a very nice benefit. First, we are able to park overnight (or two) in some nice places (usually a winery, but we've stayed at alpaca range, midwest farms, but mostly wineries which is fine. No cost to stay, they usually expect us to buy something that they are selling. Only fair. Gives us a chance to practice our boondocking skills due to the fact that there is normally no electric, water or sewer. No problem for a day or two if we come in with empty waste tanks and full of fresh water. We can run the generator if we want to watch TV or need the AC. This time we had a great time as we were invited to their private Easter Dinner (family and friends... I guess we are now best friends). Nice folks!
