Ouro Preto to Bush Camp on the way to Linhares, Brazil

We had breakfast and left camp at 7:30am today and set off down through the mountains. Today we drove through very hilly country with lots of towns, coffee plantations and eucalyptus plantations. It is quite rugged country but with crops growing on hillsides. Today was overcast and warm and we had some problems with the truck and were delayed a total of about two hours and so we didn’t reach where we were supposed to by evening. So we stopped and camped by the side of the road and had dinner and went to bed around 10:00pm. No rain today.
