Poulsbo's nickname is "Little Norway on the Fjord" and has worked to maintain it's Scandinavian heritage. It is located on the Kitsap Peninsula looking out at Liberty Bay.

We are staying at Eagle Tree RV park. There are not a lot of options for RV'ers in this area. The park is tight with the big rigs parked very close to each other. We were lucky to get a spot with a small yard in front. We have all the amenities we need and will be staying here for 4 nights.

Friday night we visited our friends Darrell and Diane on Bainbridge Island. The island is just 11 miles from our campsite. Diane made pizza which we filled up on. It was better than any chain could make.

We met up Saturday evening for dinner in downtown Poulsbo. After dinner we walked around downtown and made plans to meet up again Sunday morning.
