KAPOORS ON THE ROAD
Once again we chose to fly on Icelandair. We love the fact that the airline offers and ‘Economy Comfort’ class, giving passengers a few more perks when flying between North America and Europe. We appreciate the extra leg room, the wider seats, the hot meal and complimentary beverages along with the access to the Business Class lounges at the airports en route.
Previously, we have taken Icelandair flights out of New York and Seattle, but in the spring of 2014, the airline added Vancouver and Edmonton to their departure cities making it so much easier for us.
In the past, we have stayed overnight in Kflavik, at a lovely guesthouse near the airport. We hired a car for the day and explored just a little more of Iceland, areas that we didn’t take on our first week-long trip.
This time we decided to carry on directly to our destination and work on getting over our jet lag there. Paris was calling, and we answered.
