Stop for lunch

View from campsite

Time to move on. We left Medora early today and moved on to Columbus, Montana. We stopped at a rest area to have lunch - the view was beautiful - be sure to see the picture. The landscape was very similar to North Dakota until we were about 10 miles west of Billings, MT - then WOW there were the Beartooth Mountains - what a spectacular site. The mountains are still very snow covered. We have a view of the mountains from our campsite.

There was a Cabela's in Billings - of course we had to stop there so Dave could look around a bit. Sage and I walked around outside, we both needed the exercise.
