Mike and Gale.

Their house.

A serious game of Farkle.

The group.

We spent the Labor Day weekend with our friends Mike and Gale in Kennedale, TX.

The time went fast. We ate and talked and ate and played Farkle and ate. Our dining included pizza at Corkie's in Arlington. That was our request. We had been there before and had to re-visit. It was as good as we remembered. A Turkish restaurant (which we will request again on another visit. One evening was spent at a concert in the park watching an Acappella group. Even us 'old timers' enjoyed the Hip Hop (to some extent).

Our Sugar was getting a little shaggy and Gale took the time to groom her. That's a great hostess! Sugar feels so much better. Mike and Gale have a Shih Zu and a Yorkie. She has the grooming down to a science.

It was a great visit. I think we can say we even spent one day not moving from the dining room table. We visited and ate and played games and ate.

Thanks Mike and Gale for having us!!
