We had a relaxing start and left at 9:20. Amazingly everything went back into its own place. We only hit a little construction on the way up – finishing touches are being completed on this year’s projects. Winter will not be far behind.

Only because it is convenient, we are spending the night again at Golden Nugget RV Park – it is not our favorite place. However, it gives us a really good chance to be close to Mark, Leanne, Logan and Colton. Colton’s football game was played just a mile away from the RV park, so we were able to watch his entire game. Colton is a really good player, but his team lost by less than a TD to a much larger team – they were really close. Half way through the game, the sky opened up and it poured! We all got pretty soaked until Mark came back with umbrellas. Thank goodness it was not cold – the temperatures were around 50.

After the game, we stopped at Mark’s warehouse for Colton to change clothes, and then we headed to TGI Friday’s for dinner; Mark allowed us finally to treat! Mark also gifted us with some of their terrific smoked salmon – what a treat! As it was after 8, and tomorrow is a school day for them, we headed home. It has been so good, just to spend a few hours together. I’m so sorry we live so far apart.
