Fabulous day. Started with church for all of us. Don & Jeanne Catholic and us United Methodist. We had brunch with our nephew Pat Lewis at a local IHOP and enjoyed the visit very much. When we returned we picked up our travelling companions for a 13 mile ride to the bike path with our 4 bikes in or on the big honkin' dually. What a wonderful and beautiful bike trail. All told we did 12 miles on a mainly flat trail. We topped it off with a Mexican dinner in the quaint town of Snohomish WA. We came back and planned the shore excursions for our Alaska adventure. Tomorrow we are off to Surry British Columbia Canada for 4 days. Surrey is a suburb of Vancouver. After that we are ferry bound for Vancouver Island! This means that we may not be able to update this blog due to international data roaming charges. IF our two campgrounds have free WIFI we should be able to post. Don't want anyone to worry if you don't hear from us for 8 days. We will be coming back to Everett WA prior to leaving for Alaska so we will for sure be able to catch up then. We are still having the FANTASTIC time of our lives. It is fun to be sharing this adventure with our great friends. Personal note. According to my brother, my father and step mother on Long Island "weathered" the storm well but they did have water in their basement. Enjoy the pics.
