The Adventure Begins in '10' (2010) travel blog

We left Cortez at about 10:30 and arrived in Albuquerque at about 4:30.

The Sundance RV Park was a wonderful place to stay. We were in space 40, immediately behind the office and had a very large yard on one side and the standard patch of grass on the other. We were the only spot in the park that had free space on one side.

Because of the pet restrictions and no reply at the local pet boarding facility (on Sunday) we were not able to see Mesa Verde National Park. We took a little sight-seeing drive and basically made it a day of rest.

We arrived here at the Balloon Fiesta Park a day early and there are very few rigs here. They had no problem letting us in but we will have to park in our reserved spot tomorrow so we are dry-camping tonight. In the next couple of days this park is going to fill up so about all you will see is rig, rig, rig. The literature says they park the rvs "rally-style"....snuggling right up to next guy. 'Guess we'll see where they put us tomorrow. (We are suppose to have 20amp power and low pressure water.)
