Todays post is a continuation of yesterdays activities. At the conclusion of the parade, we headed to the Senior Center for the Sloppy Joe lunch and to check out the entries for the flower show. Then on to the car show, Larry's favorite. I found the Jump stations they had set up for the children really cool! I didn't realize there were so many options available. And finally, we stopped by the craft fair to pick up a couple of new lip balms. Whew, a very full morning/afternoon. But one we look forward to every year.

Arriving home, Larry was soon napping in his chair, while I downloaded and resized all of my photos. I always take way too many, but am never sure which ones I'll like best, so better to be safe than sorry. After his nap, Larry joined Dick and Terry down at the VFW for a couple of hours. I'm told they had a really good 'guys' visit. And a couple of Long Island Iced teas....guess they really pack a whollop! Good thing Larry only had two!

So that's it for now. Another beautiful day has passed here in the Black Hills. Oh, one last thing. Yesterday (the 25th) was sister Lori's birthday. Sure hope she had a good one! Mom was taking her out for dinner, Mexican food of course. Wish we could have joined you, but I want you to know, "We love you sis, Happy Birthday"!!!
