We walked to work again this morning and only worked the morning shift – how neat! I found a place to have my hair cut here in Homer; I was really getting shaggy, so now I am several pounds lighter!

We drove out East End Road to Circle Lake Road and quite a few miles back on that gravel road – there are few houses out there – we think the area is used for snowmobiling. It is quiet with few trees that show evidence of a large burn several years ago.

Dinner was grilled pork steak, baked potatoes and a big salad. What a delightful day!
